Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Denmark: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- EU countries: 5-10 business days from dispatch
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, season, and any customs procedures.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and the weight/size of the package.
Denmark
- Free shipping on orders over 1,000 DKK
- Under 1,000 DKK: 75 DKK
- Large artworks (over 100x100 cm): Individual price
EU
- Standard package: From 150 DKK
- Large artworks: Calculated individually
International
- Calculated at checkout based on destination
- Please note that customs and import duties may apply
Packing
All artworks are carefully packed with professional materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Canvas paintings: Packed in bubble wrap, protective corners, and reinforced cardboard
- Framed art: Extra protection with bubble wrap and corner protectors
- Large artworks: May be shipped in a custom-made wooden crate for maximum safety
We use eco-friendly packaging where possible, and all materials can be reused or recycled.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured up to the value of the item. If your order is damaged during transport:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us immediately via the contact form
- We will handle the insurance claim and arrange either a replacement or a refund
It is important that you inspect the package upon receipt and note any damage with the carrier.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to the carrier's tracking system
- Expected delivery date
You can track your shipment in real time using the tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after purchase, please contact us.
Carriers
We work with reputable carriers:
- Denmark: GLS, PostNord, or DAO
- International: DHL, UPS, or FedEx
The carrier is chosen based on destination and package size to ensure the best possible service.
Customs & Duties
EU countries: No customs or import duties. All prices include EU VAT.
Outside the EU: Customs, import duties, and handling fees may apply when importing to your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before purchasing. We always complete customs paperwork correctly to minimize delays.
Delivery Address
Please make sure to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout:
- Full name
- Street and house number
- Postal code and city
- Country
- Phone number (for the carrier)
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Missing Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact the carrier directly
- If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will help track the package
After 30 days without delivery, the package is considered lost, and we will offer either reshipment or a full refund.
